This is a journey but it is one of the most important steps of the process. Helping to plan out the space, function and selection of materials.

This is where the creation starts coming to life! Your project goes from an idea or a dream to a space that functional for you and your loved ones!
Design
Endless options. We work with a creative team or take your plans and go the extra mile, breaking it down. We help to take the guesswork out and select materials that work for your project. We create conceptual design boards for spaces that stand as an inspiration to “drive” us to a place of uniqueness. “
Kristy and Brandon both have a keen eye for design and function and selecting the suitable materials, colors, and layouts that function and are beautiful. This allows your project to stand out and will enable you to get top dollar for your investment if/when you are ready to sell.
Our Location
We have renovated a 1926 Farmhouse that we use as our office. The Farmhouse is part of Vision Properties 1926, a commercial development we own. This becomes a space to meet to look at samples and talk through the design and our entire process.
